Fake Christmas, 2009

Can we please just

agree to keep this thing alive?

If there's enough,

they'll close the roads.

They'll be covered with ice,

like our boots.

If it keeps coming,

they'll just bury our tracks--

and us.

  1. I keep meaning to comment on your posts, except I have nothing of any substance to say except that this is basically what NE Ohio looks like right now (yay lake effect), but there is NO FAKE CHRISTMAS and it is pretty terrible.

  2. In an attempt to make up for the lack of Fake Christmas, I am baking lots of cookies and dancing lots with Zinzi, but there isn't really any snow here. There are some other essential elements missing as well.

I have big plans for a champagne brunch Fake Christmas at Ma and Pa's Vacation Home, though. Attire is festive/warm (there might be a Fake Christmas miracle).
